The Litho DK30 device is a Holmium (2.1 μm) surgical laser that offers a wide range of settings for the treatment of stones and soft tissue surgery, with high versatility, cost effectiveness and ease of use. Its radiation is strongly absorbed by water, resulting in effective hemostasis and limited penetration depth (0.3-0.4mm). In addition to urology treatments, this device can be used for resection and ablation of different soft tissues.
Its compact desktop design simplifies its location in the operating room and warehouse, making it suitable for transport between different hospitals and wards.
This low-power Holmium laser provides the user with an extremely long pulse width (up to 1500µs) along with high power output (up to 30W), energy (up to 4J) and frequency (up to 25Hz). These technical features offer combinations of multi-emission and high versatility in stone treatment and soft tissue surgery.
It prolongs the treatment of stone retropulsion and migration lithotripsy, especially with high pulse energy. Litho features the Dusting Effect mode that takes advantage of the extremely long pulse width to perform smooth stone ablation with limited retropulsion. The resulting fine powder eliminates the need for parts to be retrieved relative to the basket.
This laser is equipped with an intuitive user interface displayed on a large 10.4 ”screen that allows easy adjustments.
This laser system is equipped with an automatic diaphragm sensor that allows the operator to attach the fiber with one hand and avoid any contact with non-sterile parts.
The emission footswitch is also equipped with a button that allows the surgeon to go through the Standby state (or vice versa) without asking a nurse to change the state on the device screen.
Versatility in applications requires a wide variety of transmission probes. Therefore, Litho laser is compatible with different fiber diameters (200-1000um) and types.
Besides standard fibers, our portfolio includes ball-end fibers (for easier insertion of already twisted coverage), performance probes (to provide even higher output power).
