The transparent face shield is designed to cover the entire face of the patient and also allows the rescuer to visually check the patient’s face and lip color and prevent contact with the patient’s saliva, vomiting or blood.

The face shield has two integrated elastic ear straps that fit over the patient’s ears to hold the mask in place while resuscitating. Therefore, standard resuscitation techniques can be used without modification or risk of shifting the patient’s face shield.

Ambu ResKey is packaged in a small soft case where it can be easily attached to a key ring. That way, Ambu ResKey can be used at all times.

The mask is equipped with a head strap to secure the mask to the patient’s face. So the rescuer does not waste time changing the mask before the mouth to mask the ventilation.

The Ambu Res-Cue Mask is available in a hard or soft case from the Ambu Brand or as a private label. For private label, a minimum of 1000 (softcase) or at least 260 (hardcase) must be ordered.

The mask can be supplied with and without oxygen. Thus, an oxygen cylinder can be connected to the oxygen inlet for supplemental oxygen. Combined with an optional oxygen inlet (optional) it facilitates oxygen delivery *.

The valve filter assembly is disposable and must be replaced after each use.
