  • Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) combines endoscopic visualization with ultrasound by inserting a high frequency ultrasound transducer at the end of an endoscope. The combination of the two imaging technologies enables doctors to use traditional endoscopic visualization to guide interests in the gastrointestinal tract and then use ultrasound to provide images of organs and structures beyond the gastrointestinal wall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
