CyberTM represents a high power Tullium laser (150W e 200W) dedicated to BPH and urology treatments and other soft tissue surgery in many other medical specialties. Its radiation of 2 μm is strongly absorbed by water (highly present in all tissues), making the rate of shear and evaporation relatively constant regardless of tissue vascularization during the procedure. Also, this wavelength results in extremely low penetration depth (0.1-0.2mm), effective tissue ablation, and effective hemostasis.

CyberTM represents the 200W lithium surgical laser with the highest output power on the market.

This emission power combined with 1000µm fiber provides the fastest evaporation of the adenoma thanks to strong ablation in very large areas.

2 um radiation is strongly absorbed by water, resulting in a minimum penetration depth (0.1-0.2mm), no change in tissue layers after the surface (side, texture appearance after 24 hours upon evaporation). This interaction results in precise cutting and ablation, giving the surgeon a high degree of control and significantly reducing the risk of accidental injury. Tullium wavelength increases hemostatic efficiency also during cutting.
