Litho Evo

The new Litho EVO device represents the evolution of the Quanta System low-power Holmium line (Litho), enhancing the performance of its predecessors and adding some of the innovations recently introduced with our high-powered Holmium line.
Litho EVO is designed for advanced versatility in lithotripsy and soft tissue surgery. The user has the opportunity to guide the selection of emission parameters, save favorite settings and switch between different settings immediately thanks to the double foot pedal. The use of MasterPULSE and Vapor TunnelTM technologies further empowers the surgeon with advanced treatment tools.

It becomes easier to reduce retropulsion and change tissue cutting: instead of trying multiple different settings, start with your preferred settings and then adjust MasterPULSE to adjust the effect of laser emission based on your visual feedback.

The Litho EVO device is designed for extreme performance with already small standard fibers (allowing almost full power even at the smallest fiber diameters).

Thanks to this feature, the user should not avoid having fiber flexibility and high emission power at the same time.

The Quanta System has developed the ease of use of this low-power system in a guided method to automatically select the appropriate settings according to the intended treatments.

In addition to stone lithotripsy and soft tissue surgery in urology, there is a special preset for gallstones breakdown.

The dual footswitch provides surgical versatility by allowing the surgeon to switch one treatment mode immediately to another rather than asking a nurse to change settings.

For example, the surgeon can speed up treatments, switching from fragmentation to popcorning or from incision to coagulation modes.

Versatility in applications requires a wide variety of transmission probes. Therefore Litho EVO laser is compatible with different fiber diameters (200-1000um) and types.

Besides standard fibers, our portfolio also includes other fiber models such as ball-end fibers (for easier insertion into already spun coverage).

The lightweight and compact tower design of the device allows for easy transport and storage in the hospital, which requires limited space in the operating room during the surgical procedure.

These features make the Litho EVO laser suitable for different hospitals and for repetitive displacements without affecting the performance and condition of the device.
